Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Your plan minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Why isn’t your API a separate, marked-up charge?
Because charging developers a premium for the identical render is a margin trick, not a cost. API access is included on Max and Business, and API generations draw from your plan minutes at 1x, the same as the app. For context, Simi’s published rate bills API usage at 3x its own app credits (July 2026).
What does an edit actually cost?
Re-renders are metered per second of re-rendered video and draw from your plan minutes. A single-scene fix on a typical video costs a few seconds of minutes, not a whole new generation.
What is the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing takes 40% off every plan. Same minutes, same features, lower effective monthly price. Use the toggle above the plans to compare.
Why do you need a card for the trial?
Because the trial is the whole product, editor included, and light gating at the door beats watering down what you get to try. One trial per card and verified email. That is the entire fine print.
What counts as a video during the trial?
A distinct generated video. Edits and re-renders never count. Three videos means three videos. API generations count the same as app generations.
What happens when the trial ends?
The plan you picked simply continues. No cliff, no lockout, and every video you made stays yours, exports included. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing and keep your exports anyway.
Do you offer education pricing?
The full 7-day trial covers your first videos with everything included, editor and all. For classrooms, the Plus plan is the usual home. If you are a school or district and need volume, write to us. We will not make you book a sales call to see a number.
